There is no doubt that the pupils in the Priory JLT/Eco team are a well-organised, dedicated and hard-working team. They have been tackling their Eco challenges and adding to the evidence they need for their next Eco Schools Green Flag bid. Under the guidance of Mrs Yeung, they have been:
checking all the bird feeders have been kept filled up;
giving great advice to pupils, parents and staff about saving water. As a result, load of people have been doing their best to cut down on water wastage, whether it's having a shower instead of a bath or using washing up water to feed the plants. More people are also using dishwashers as they save water over washing up by hand;
saving plastic bottle tops to turn into art projects.
They have a brilliant team ethos at Priory which reaches out into the community. This includes their new local vicar, who is getting involved with the school since she started a few weeks ago.
